Implementing Cisco Advanced Call Control and Mobility Services
Advanced call control and mobility services are covered in the Implementing Cisco Advanced Call Control and Mobility Services (CLACCM) v1.0 course. You will discover how to combine your communications infrastructure into a scalable, transportable, and secure collaboration solution using Cisco® Unified Communications Manager capabilities. You may learn how to install Cisco® Collaboration automated, programmable solutions for phone, video, collaboration, and conferencing on-premises or in the cloud by taking the Implementing Automation for Cisco Collaboration Solutions (CLAUI) v1.0 course. You will use key platforms, such as Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco IP Phone Services, Cisco Unity® Connection, Cisco Finesse®, Cisco Collaboration Endpoints, Cisco Webex TeamsTM, and Cisco Webex® Meetings, in combination with lessons and practical labs, to combine tools and processes to address communication challenges. Also, you will learn how to parse data in the XML and JSON forms and use frameworks like Python, as well as Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) interfaces like Representational State Transfer (REST) and Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP).
This course prepares you for the 300-835 Automating and Programming Cisco Collaboration Solutions (CLAUTO) certification exam. This course also earns you 24 Continuing Education (CE) credits towards recertification.
Implementing Cisco Collaboration Cloud and Edge Solutions
The Cisco® Expressway Series solutions that enable business-to-business (B2B) conversations, Cisco Mobile, remote access, authentication choices, and further Cisco Expressway Series capabilities are covered in the Implementing Cisco Collaboration Cloud and Edge Solutions (CLCEI) v1.0 course.
