Support Certification Program, which will enable you to have access to a senior engineer when you need to interface with Support upon successfully passing the exam. This program is open to anyone with an existing Sophos support contract in most regions

- Limited to Sophos Firewall and Central Endpoint Server technologies only
- Free offering to qualified customers and partners
- An online 45-minute Individual exam that consists of Sophos product knowledge, and network and endpoint related fundamentals. Only those who pass the exam will have access to the SCP program
- Once you successfully pass the exam, you’ll be provided a welcome letter outlining program details and instructions on how to connect with a senior engineer
- Program access is valid for two years
- If you are a customer or partner who holds current Sophos certification in either one of our core products (Sophos Firewall or Central Endpoint Server), you will continue to have access to the senior support to which you are entitled by your certification
